Outpatient and inpatient building fitted with two backup diesel generators a 696KW, 1280KW to prepare for a power outage use, the generator with diesel fuel, diesel generating nitrogen oxides in the process of incomplete combustion, carbon monoxide, particulate matter ,sulphides and gas blackness, if not treated and discharged directly, will have some impact on the surrounding environment.
